i updated the v3200_ firmware but it did not compeletly download i did manage to get new keys but still struggling can anyone please help.

hi im new here ,, i got the eorovox max 1 week ago , and it went down, i got info saying dvd c receivers are down allover the uk...cable company are working on new software for the au auto update in the rom.. there working fast to help us all, at the moment everyone has to wait for new software.. craig ....
