I've hooked up my TV to the computer via the HDMI output, and get sports, films and just about every type of entertainment there is, sites like veetle do a selection of streams to cover all tastes from conspiracy theorists to standup comics, and all freee! Not sure if there's a need fo a TV licence using this media, anyone got any ideas.

Thanks for that info Boomer39, looks as though rip off Britain has all the angle covered eh?
Must say though, I think I'm only 'scratching the surface' as regards internet TV and such, there's bound to be so much I could do. Perhaps devise some kind of 'hookup' to my motorised satellite receiver or some such thing.
