Is this bin file an auto updater as i have loaded and its seems not to work, cannot get the menu 2580 option to work either, any ideas

Hi All,

I`ve been using the new fix for over a week now and have had no problems at all.

In order to install the new image you will need the uploader in order to load it to you DD Box - as well as the image you have downloaded from the 1st page of this thread.

If you haven`t got the uploader or need instructions drop me a PM and I can help you out.

Right it seems a lot of people here are newbies like myself and do not know where to start so I thought I would post this to help.

OK step 1.
Make sure you have
1 RS232 Cable (If you DON'T have a RS232 port a USB to RS323 adapter)
2 The Envision.exe Loader
3 The FIXED DD 281106.bin

Step 2
Start the loader In the SAT section!!!!

Step 3
Select > Loader > Code > Code Send

Step 4
Load the FIXED DD281106.bin

Step 5
Select you com port i.e com 3

Step 6 IMPORTANT!!!!
Make sure you Ddigital Box is OFF AT THE BACK SWITCH!!!!!!

Step 7
Connect your RS323 cable to your box and PC

Step 8
Hit the SEND BUTTON and immediately switch on the box from the BACK switch

Step 9
You should see the box start to flash with the letter "d" on the LCD pannel
and wait for the progress bar to finish

Step 10
Your box is done. You may need to rescan for channels, but I did not the new EMU NUMBER IS 8888 NOT!!! 2580!!

Just wondering if it was a problem on our network or just one pc.

Hi dont know if anyone can help me but my d digital box has stopped working all the channels are scrambled so I am trying to reload box but cant find a .ibn file. if anyone has any ideas please let me know Live in Dublin thanks
