If it's a .rar file you need to have WinRar installed.

dont open it save it then follow your instructions and when your bin file appears thats where you open it

cheers for the quick relpy have downloaded winrar but cannot open that either ??? im using windows xp

WinZip is required to open a zip file. You can get it from the winzip website.
