    Hi can anyone help me and sort me out with the latest firmware for the D-Digital Duo box.

          Having problems with my ddigital box with scramble channels try factory reset and rescan but no joy. Can anyone help please?

                      Have had the box for about a month. the firm ware that is there is 2.12-UKC any newer version?

                          that appears to be the latest version yeah. there may just be a prob on the server and it will clear after a while. from my research its happened before and will happen again

                              box and router may need a reboot off/on to reconnect,maybe its not connecting,common fault to check on all lan boxes

                                              Your box uses SV server which is closed down. So unless server
                                              sets up again your box won't clear channels
