Virgin Channels [HELP]

Okay so i purchased the sky sports package earlier on, on my LEGIt package - fk you all!

Well they said 2-4 hours, and it's been like 5 now and still no sign of my sky sports channels!

Do i need to turn my box on and off and stuff or do something so they appear?

Someone help.

i upgraded mine a few weeks ago, was upgraded in minutes, in fact i was still on the phone to them. could be a "sunday problem... try again...

Actually, looking at the data, I'd say their EMM traffic is low enough to get a signal to your card within seconds..

Why not use their own system

How do I use Fix-it Assistant to check for missing channels?
