never had anything to do with these boxes, anywayz flashed the new software on box and done a factory reset. scanned again on ntl and for all channels but it only comes up with 17 channels. seems it was only picking channels up on one transponder out of the seven. signal strength is about 68 and quality 48. i'm pur ntl teesside 00010 571000 6887. cheers for any help

I only get 7 on NTL. Do a telewest search. That's what I did and I get all now.Comment
