Hi All,

I'm new to this forum and this site, but pls don't hold that against me!!!

It seems all of us have been suffering from the same problems over the weekend. i'm hoping that someone on here can help me. I have a digivox box, can someone tell me how i can sort it out??? only problem is i'm not very technically gifted or familiar with a lot of the terms.

Gain a little knowledge by reading lots of threads - trust me its worth it in the long run. Then next time you will be better placed to resolve matters.

HI,

Thanks for the advice and very quick response. I've tried opening the zip file but am getting an error message which reads invalid or corrupt file.
I also tried saving it but am getting the same message. Any advice?
