Hi,

Very much newbie - so looking for idiot's guide to manually updating SV2 until auto issue is fixed. Any help is much appreciated.

On remote (assuming this is like starview 1):-

1. press menu;
2. now type in numbers 1570 (do not do anything else);
3. You are now at the cas menu. On option "nagravision" press ok;
4. now use > key on remote until you get to NTL (you can change provider on ntl to tw or c&w again by pressing > key)
5. once you get to the provider go to "key data" and change codes as appropriate. make sue you change the correct key either "00" or "01". to go from 00 to key 01 just go down to 00 and press > key on remote.
6. make sure your press "ok" button when you have changed the code to save the key data. you must do this on each key if you are changing both (only one key is live at any time so you really only need to change the "current" key.
7. once done exit back to cas menu and check that the option key emu at the bottom of the page is set to "on".
8. now exit back to tv go to a scrambled channel and enjoy.
