Digivox Xl Problem

Dear I need to ask you that i am new at this forum i need your help that I got Digivox Xl and I got virgin line with broadband and telephone but i cannot use the digivox because i dont know what i have to chose for the installation and other thing is that the digivox is 2009 model which got dec 2008 version i need to update the firmewire can you please tell me where can i get the file and how to update and how i will get the asian channels in my digivox free.Please help me
