Digivox XL Upgrade HELP!!!

I have all the right software and cables but still cant flash my Digivox XL

I have a Null Modem Cable

Downloader 10

New Firmware

I am using a usb to serial port adapter

All I get is flash failed

Any help would be appreciated

I have managed to flash the box with out the serial adapter

does anyone have the adapter drivers?

i have a serial port on my desktop but want the usb for my laptop

Hi I got my box flashed the problem was the USB adaptor. I had to use my Dads pc as it had com ports worked 1st time.

Tried the flash process on a laptop with a native serial port and it worked first time. The other laptop had a docking station with a serial port on the back of it which was not working.
