flashing heart on my virgin box?

Hi can you help i have a flashing heart on my virgin hd box,also cant access anything on the home menu apart from tv guide.

m8 flashing heart on ur box is the return path/talk back,, just reboot the box and that should sort it, if it doesant get in touch with vermin and they will sort it for u......

mate flashing heart means your not getting the proper interactive signal to your box, contact vermin
