Anyone looking into The Box PVR (twin tuner) firmware?

Bit of a desperate plea here, as seen very little (nothing infact) regarding a firmware fix for The Box PVR ?
I like this box and have grown used to it's little quirks but am getting more and more concerned that this is going to get completely ignored!
Seen on numerous other forums and encountered many other similar people who feel as if they have been left in the lurch, Starview's reputation as to supporting their current boxes in a year or so's time must be called to question, why would anyone buy a Starview in the future if this is the case?
Just wondering if there was anyone out there who may have some information that this box will receive a fix, or PM me with the any contact details of someone who could offer some info?
