Eurovox box

Hi erverybody, just found this site by using google. It's the best yet and I hope that I can find a fix for my box (EX 5000 and Eurovox 2008 model) I'm sure I will. Everybody on the site has shared and if I come across a fix I'll do the same. Anyway think I might have found what I need and I'll let you all kbnow if it works and indeed carries on working with the codes being rolled!! C U L8R

I have a Eurovox Max, that's all it says on the box, how do I find out the actual model name? It is black in colour wth silver at the front..

As far as updating the code do I need my laptop and cables to do this or can I do it using only the remote control?
