Kriptview Channel Issues

Hello All

I am missing some channels even though my kriptview box has the latest firmware installed.I have rescanned it but its still the same.While in stand by mode all the channels heve moved from the order i put them in.I noticed this when i swithched the box on the next day.
Does anyone know how to fix this please?

which firmware is it with 29-11 i have channels missing but 28-11 causes no probs for me

Hi, 28.11 loaded but missing some channels including BBC 1.
