Starview 4 USB Loss of $ channel picture!

Hey Guys
Can u Help? I downloaded the new firmware last night, rescan and input the latest keys v 1.02 and all was working fine.
Tonight the first time one of the $ channel selected it said the usual 'updating message'.Now all the $ channels have no picture but the sound is fine.
Any ideas?
I have checked the scart leads ect.. still no joy.

try turning it off at the plug for a minute that should do it
