cheers m8, i tried that, i must have pressed a wrong button. i'll try again....if iget type in the wrong numbers 3 times will it lock or anything

on the digivox the code to go into the secret menu is 1004 know that if you reset the box to factory setting you will be required to put the nagravision back on in order to update the box and recieve the channels

cheers 4 the info m8 but ive done it many times on digivox and never had a prob.............its a friends starveiw and i just flashed it and i hear i need 2 do a factory reset and the balloon dosent remember the pass code

The passcode on a Starview is 0000 by default, if he's put another on it then 1668 will get you in to the menu. You shouldn't need to reset, go to DEFAULT KEY in nagra menu, highlight it and press OK, wait for saving and exit all the way back out, the code will now update.
