DDigital firmware goes wrong using STB manager envision (

yes i do use the correct r323 and i see the box updating but when i connect my box back to the tv and check my system info its say 03-03-08 and dont no why !!!!!!!!

nesta, mine says 3/3/08 software v22, hardware v1.1.1. if yours is the same just try pressing menu 8888 and does it say 'enable channel', if so just exit and find a channel thats on and leave for a couple of minutes then try other channels. i know it sounds simple but thats all i done once i found out 2580 had changed to 8888. hope it helps i was without for 2 weeks

Hi guys
Can someone help me regards DDigital Plus?

Using the loader "MvCAS" I can send the old firmware to the box no problem. That's the file called DDigital_UK_20080429_api_v231.bin This sends and flashes the box OK - but obviously is not going to work.

However when I use the same Mv CAS to try and send the new software DDigitalPlus_20081129_api.bin I get an error message saying "DL_HEADER_0 : ACK Read Fail" and I can't flash the box. What am i doing wrong? The loader is obviously working with the older software. I've tried downloading the api.bin file again in case it was corrupted

can some one help me please i'm trying to fix mt brothers d.digital box i have the loader i have the firmware i have up loaded is seen the box go through its stages and on the pc as complete and image burned but when i connect it to the tv i get nothing i have been to the menu 8888 and enabled the channels still no luck . i did accidently factory reset the box though. could this have anything to do with it

I did all the above things to my ddigital box it said it was all successfull . i have been to the main manu and enabled the channels and scanned them but for some reason its not picking anything up i have been at it for afew days after i get back from work . i have a starview 3 box super and that was easy to do and is working fine can you assist me further with this problem .

havin same probs. using rs232 to usb via laptop but have no drivers. any chance of some simplified help. new to all this. i did set my box back to factory settings ( which i shouldnt have done). just cant get a link between ddigital and laptop. HELP PLEASE.

This box seems tricky l have been trying to go round it for months now but with no luck at all.l can easily flash the software but when it comes to channels there are no listings at all for any channels.Pliz help l might be going wrong some where.

Ok hi follow what sparks said and if it is succsessful one you connect it you your privider scan as normal but you might need to scan twice just done my sis inlaws works fine. found the channels etcand make sure you got the connector in the rf in .
