what reciever you got ? what image ?
check your scart lead is fully in on box and tv, same with cable wire.

Try to help, but get the "box not working".

Please, would be more help if you said what box and what firmware you have.

any pre November will not work, and there is plenty on this forum and others as to why.

Thanks for the reply. I'm using a Open Media with DK 1.1 and also tried it out with a Arnet Krptview with the latest update. First one won't let me tune can't find any trasponder to lock on. The other Kryptview says no video or scrambled, already tune from before. I don't think it's scart because I get the menus to work. So I thinking its VM problems.

May sound daft, but ensure you have cable f conector firmly in your box.

And are you scanning the correct transponder for your area?

Yeah, I already got the box to work before. I messed up something inside when I put some plugins and skins. So I reflashed the DK image a second time, nothing would tune on Virgin then. As for F-connector it was working fine, the first time. I've tried rescrewing it several times, it seems tight and fixed. I'm still getting no results.
