    Easy answer is to contact supplier. Similar adaptors can be got
    from amazon
    [ame=http://www.amazon.co.uk/USB-Ethernet-network-adapter-RJ45/dp/B000J0H6YY]USB 10/100 Ethernet network LAN adapter to RJ45: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics[/ame]
    Have seen posts claiming only specific adaptors from supplier
    will connect box, but fail to see how this could be true. The Mac
    address of box is registered with server not the adaptor

      ta' eamo m8 ,did contact supplier but have none in stock for 2 months,
      the adapter looks exactly the same as the ones on amazon and e/bay,but it was just the issue of the drivers for the device and how if needed they would be put on the box. thanks

        See what you're saying, drivers installed on box for 1 particular
        adaptor only. Don't suppose installing drivers on PC would work
        the fact both box & PC are connected to router. There was a post
        on the forum last few days, member connected SV7 using a
        USB-LAN lead & it worked. If I come across it I will send you link
