had a letter today saying upgrade to 30 mb from 20 for a one off charge of ?30 , but they send a new modem/router ,

l dont want to change routers as l have a very good one ,, but u cant set as a modem only ,, bit shit

I am paying ?21 monthly for 10mb broadband I think I give them a call and hear all the bullsh**.

Slight error. The price for 50Mb is ?25 if you take a phone line for ?12.99 or ?35 standalone.

i have the 50mb and i dont use there router i use my linsky's wrt54g with no problem ,they said they had to change the modem to get the speed i think i am paying ?38
