Just phoned Virmin to get a better deal-what a waste of time and a right nasty one on the other end.I will ring them tomorrow and tell them to ~~~~ right off-the only thing keeping me there is my Son and his XBOX.She also told me we download 80gb every month.Wasters.

Thanks for your constructive replies-I pay for all my services unlike some and unlimited downloading means just that, I don't download films,games or music.Perhaps you have missed the point;I was merely trying to better the deal I was offered by Sky two days ago.I have been a customer since Diamond Cable days in Nottingham and if I was spoken to like that in my place of work she would be picking up her P45.This is the reason for my original post not the fact I could not get a better deal.I would have expected a little more courtesy from my fellow DK users,something I have prided myself in achieving in my membership so far.
