This is not a dig so please do not take it as one....
While people are looking for "free tv" then it never will be... Not that anyone had a right to watch "free tv" ....
Until we move away from this mind set we do not have a "hobby" - all we have is masses of people looking to not pay for TV on the back of others work...
Remember c/s is not a hax and just streamed code lining the pockets of traders.

Except in rare cases where a private server operates and the clients cover the costs of the sub/ppv events etc...
That's how mine operates, I'm a full sly hd subscriber (I have no cable feed at home) so it doesn't get me anything free. It does however extend a little relief to my friends during this economic crisis..
It was actually quite fun building main/backup proxy servers and readers etc in case of system issues and tunnelling the data on to a hacked modem (within an unrelated address) to serve the client units..I'm quite proud of it really, as a technical solution
It's all doable with the one card (any more and you are entering trader territory though...)
On the plus side, my mates no longer badger me about cable which allows me to focus on the more interesting aspects of this 'hobby'Comment

As you know we can c/s on anything with comms and the ability to run the code. I did it on a DBOX some time ago for a laugh...
Logging the stream does show us the cmd returns used most often and can give us clues to what the CAM is been asked.
But then you know that by looking at the buffer set for freq rts. This saving the card from excesive traffic.

You never had free TV - you had a ROM compromised and the keys available via a BD login; Others shoved this in Spanish code and a UK hack became available to the masses and Modshack released the info. It was due to a great big hole in the security. While you are looking for free TV you will never get it - Have you ever thought of trying to understand the Hack ?
