sound gone on digivox

just done firmware update and lost the sound any ideas??

is your scart properly connected to the box and tv?

just done mine an xl version and works fine it must be the cable as bugaloo says

Similar on my kryptview.

Seemed that flashing it, facttory reset then rescan resulted in no sound.

Kryptview has vol control on it and it had gone down to zero.
