what box is best

hi i was a starview 7 user now i am looking for another box which is the best one? as i`m fed up with sv 7

Dont buy one you have no gurantee you might end up with anther doorstopper.

hi bmw44,read the thread under the kryptview WHAT BOX you will get answer,the kv is the best box at the moment and do not look for hd its not out yet.

If its a box for cable you after then really there is no choice as the only one out there is kv. That would have been my recomendation anyway if you had to make a choice between sv and kv.

?150 is about right thats been the price right from the off.

There is no guarantees but the are a lot more professional than the sv team so ypu`l most likely get your moneys worth but really who knows so your call really.

Nope he doesnt have a choice for cable hence the reason I said the only one out there is kv.

if you get 3/4 months youve had your moneys worth any thing after that is a bonus if before then you to take a chance simples, but yea kv was always the best deal in them and never have no probs

thanks for that ill get the kv and can you get one for sat as well as i`m wanting one downstairs and are the sat ones easy to install and will i need to download any firmware and thanks to everyone

Hi

Unlike SV you`l find KV are more secure, better organised etc saying that you never know. I would think all boxes are sent out as a freeview box for legal reasons and you will probably need to put some firmware on.

There is no KV for the sat side nor is there a hd version of the KV but if you want to try the sat side and not have to dig too much into your pocket then Id give the openbox hd s9. Its hd pic quality is not bad but thats my opinion as I dont have anything to compare with.

Just need to find what I need and I should have fully up and running box which seems quite user friendly.
