CAN ANY 1 HELP ME I CANT GET INTO THE ENGIINEERS MENU ON A TELEWEST VIRGIN V BOX ( NOT V+) AND I NEED TO RESET IT CAN ANY 1 HELP ME RESET IT

I had the same problem my pin was locked, but i knew that through the eng menu you can reset it but when i tried it was blocked , so u cant reset from the eng menu!
