New to KV need some help.

Hi iv just received my new kv box today, iv done all the flash and scanned it I'm picking up the channels but I'm missing certain channels I can't pick up sky sports news I also can't pick up c4 itv1 and BBC1 has anyone had the same probs and offer some help.

do a factory reset, rescan for channels and try again, also restart modem>router>KV Box.
