New to KV need some help.

Hi iv just received my new kv box today, iv done all the flash and scanned it I'm picking up the channels but I'm missing certain channels I can't pick up sky sports news I also can't pick up c4 itv1 and BBC1 has anyone had the same probs and offer some help, just to add iv done a factory rest a few time nut just getting the same results.

Looks like your scanning on the wrong provider. What area are youi in?
