Iv been having trouble with missing channels on my new kv box iv been told it could be iv scanned it to the wrong provider could someone tell me the provider for the westmidlands.

Using your subbed box... Not the KV box.

Press the home button on your VM remote control.
Go to settings.
Then trchnical stuff.
Your net id is the first item on the list.
And let us know what provider it is as well.

hi were in redditch area and we tune into wolves 1 for best results hope this helps
