You would be better using a splitter then the v+ box can talk back if it wishes.

i take it ur meaning or wnating to use both boxes at same time??????? i have vm cable going to kv then a leadgoing from the loout on kv to the arial connecion on the virgin box and works fine. i have 3 scart points at bk o telly so have a scart going from both boxs to the telly and then its just the change of av channels to get either box working at same time.

As per your setup your interactive services wont be working on legit box and as above your box wont be talking back to them. Much better to use a splitter and avoid them ever having to query why its not working.

use your vm every now and again and change channels then they will see you are using their box cable feed goes to splitter
one feeds kv box other goes to vm box.

hey i kinda understand what you mean, but with my vm box i get all channels that i pay for and use them daily but as i said the cable off the kv box to the vrmin box. so you reckon this isnt correct way of doing it?

yes but apart from that your legit box isnt talking back to them either. Not correct way if using a legit unit after the kv.
