hi perry,switch off box,disc plug,switch off router,plug off,2minutes.connect router then the box .if still getting probs see thread WHAT BOX under the kv ,read page 5 follow inst hope this helps.

Sounds like an internet problem if your getting Terestrial channels and nothing else. Are the channel titles there but scrambled, if so try rebooting your router.

rebooting all units usually fixes it power off all units box,modem.router for 30 secs then on usually needs to refind ip addy.
