I was wondering if anyway one could help me my 780 box stopped working for an hour now im missing over half my channels.

get used to it, you bought a cable cs box, been issues from day one. should of took sat route. sell if you can, this will be on going. dont know why people take this route, issues have been going on for ages, and people say virgin maintainence, is it hell, know people with full sub and they have no issues.

kv's are the closest thing you will get to a plug and play box now....

they are not perfect, but i think it is fair to say that they work very well most of the time....

reset your router, modem and box......

notice the football has gone off last couple o days and again 2nyt, but i switch my box off and bk on and its bk, it is a pest yeah but for what you are saving and gaining, losing 1 minute of a channel isnt a disaster, think through time neway kv will get stronger and this wont be such of an issue to people, atleast we hope
