i have two boxes upstairs for the boys, both been working great since christmas, but now on the front there are 4 dashes with a dot flashing under the second dash, no channels no menu at all, have tried flashing again using the latest firmware but still same problem, any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks in advance.

think it could be a spitter/cable problem, seems ok on a direct feed. maplins next stop.
