Only had mine about 4 weeks hope there not a doorstop like the eurovox!
If your going to blaim anyone blaim me because everytime I get A box they seem to go down within 6 moon!!!!
Hope they get round the problem could do with 2 others for bedrooms (especialy when I bought quad pack of homeplugs for ?120.00)
Anyway enough wine's from me fingers x'd they sort it.

First - yes i agree, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Its often these opinions that cause chinese whispers though to be fair.

Second - I wasnt aware that any subscription cost ?120 per month.

Finally - People are all to quick to start slagging or bad mouthing others at the slightest hint of a hiccup. The guys behind KV are absolutely top notch and as most will agree the last couple of years have been plain sailing really. Now without getting into all the ins and outs it would be far easier not to have pessimistic views as i suspect the current situation will change for the better.

I do feel sorry for people like you that have just spent money and have'nt had the use......i would imagine that your not alone with new purchase's.....i see that your trying to put a bit of humour on your situation and commend you for it........lets hope its sorted soon for you so you can get your moneys worth......

reflash it with the fta file factory reset and send it back and tell them most of the fta channels arnt working like itv+1 5usa and so on and they will afto refund your money back even better if you payed with paypal

we have had a great service so far and im sure these boxes will come back soon. if not its the chance you take. so why moan about it.

How long have you had your box? did you buy from fleabay or was it direct?
