I had yet to update my box to the latest firmware. I thought that as everything was tits up Id give it a go via the on screen menu. It has just downloaded and updated the box... So something must be connected.. however but a few channels.

On I side note I dropped him an email via the website.. Im sure the chance of a reply is slim.
