Not saying that Stu's mate is wrong, but I know Alex, and I know his contacts. If he says nothing has been decided, then I would go with what he says. He deals with the main importer as do I, so probably has a better idea than most.

Again though, I dont know who stu has spoken too, so he too may be right, but I cannot comment.

Its not nag3 t.v.....i did'nt bother with that......
on the tool bar there is an icon....sport..another movies....news...ect....click on sport and pick what u want......remember it streams when live sport is on.....works for me m8.....
remember what i said.....download the bigmaq tool bar..........free........
i run it through mozilla firefox...with a few updates it works a treat..........

myp2p is on the bigmaq toolbar also.....along with many other choices of streams........
comp linked to a 50inch hd and the quality is close to perfect.....odd glitch but no more than the kv when that was working.........

I would imagine with the amount of boxes out there, not to mention whatever new stuff is in the pipeline, it is in KV's interest to resolve the problem.
They are also aware that if they don't then other manuf's will jump in soon enough with an answer.
So just be a bit patient, we have all saved a hell of a lot of money so far so don't jump off the ship, it aint the Titanic...

Right small update, I have spoken to one of the KV team, and he has confirmed that the server will be back on as soon as humanly possible. So it will be back, just a matter of when.
