if it was me answering simply put the man who really knows told me not leave it open so reads the local person who really dont know anything says so we have to believe how many threads/ posts have been saying this since it went off?? and how many of them have been the truth?? i.e how many have been wrong just put it to get a reaction from others??Comment

just to make it clear please remember there are some people still selling/recieving these boxes who will i am sure be reading through all info out there trying to make a decision what to do and maybe some may just be using propaganda to sell boxes as working or soon to be would you be happy??Comment

Mostly all the reliable information brought to forums regarding KV is at best 2nd hand info brought by certain sources. Then there are other members bringing 3rd or 4th hand info that has been twisted or partly made up which causes unrest and confusion amongst members. The fact of the matter is due the the very nature of this caper new information is very thin on the ground but usually filters its way through to the forums via the right people its really up to members to decide what and whom they choose to believe or reject.Last edited by gadgetfiend; 12 April, 2011, 10:31.Comment

all alex is doing is helping, and i'd take his word on it a lot quicker than anyone else that has posted here.Comment

new firmware may not be needed as the main relay server appears to be fine but perhaps a new f/w will be available via the boxes s/w update function as usual so less fuss needed.Comment

well anyone can say they know x y or z person, it doesn't actually prove anything.
anyone from vm or anywhere could sign up here or to any other forum for that matter and post saying they are whoever and have direct contact with kv team and this is what the story is etc etc etc
also most if not all forums are monitored by vm etc so for people that do know people to post saying who and what they know isn't really a great idea.
sorry if that isn't helpful to you but you really aren't going to get any clear and definite proof of how they know anything from anyone.Comment

Nobody apart from the team can bring 1st hand info and none of the team even if they did come here would ever openly disclose that info. Even people who claim to be in direct contact with the KV team or at least a member of it are not doing themselves any favours either they could end up getting a knock at the door for saying stuff like this.Comment
