Plug lan in....do fac reset...SET on your area...set to network first not ALL....rescan.....it should be sorted soon...slowly coming back to life.........

can everyone please be patient please remember BB upload and download speed are throttled at this time of the day everyone will be working before tommorrow is over and can we please have any reports of channels up and running along with general area

done all that but still nothing, just the video msg.

tried to do s/w update but it just hangs on that screen and don't do anyhting!!

am i doing summat wrong ???

Ive done a factory reset and even tho it hasn't come back on what i have realised that it picked up new areas when it was finding the different regions in the scan, so somethings changed and you can tell the KV guys are doing something

Surely you should know its back up when it actually searches for update when doing as update is that correct

You don't need to update software just leave how it is

Got my box on, granted only channels 1-5 but that's cause my vermin box has just fell off me shelf and split into 2 nice pieces
