when you factory reset and before you scan remove the lan cable also make sure you are scanning from direct feed no splitters or extensions,please note areas have changed so recheck the list of ids as the one posted months ago maybe out of date,when you get the correct number of channels in correct order you should be ok,insert lan and reboot box modem and router.

also just read the posts for info rather than asking please when its back it will be posted

Had Sly 1,2 & 3 around 6PM then off again. 9pm in Nort west Sly 1,2 & 3 working again

Didn't do a rescan but i'm using Manchester 1

Thankyou, no point in abusing people after all we are all entitled to our opinions, there are some unusual things in all of this that im sure will be ironed out, and i admire you for making that statement, there arent many who will hold there hands up !
As you rightly said time will tell, and then hopefully this will drop into the dark depths of historic posts and not be seen again.
Im sure that when they come online everyone will know long before threads on here or anywhere are updated, as people will be getting there fix of free tv .
