When the server is up just connect your box to cable line, and another ethernet cable from your router to your box, then just update the firmware on box, using the remote/menue.

went down on the 31 march and now saying theres a50/50 chance of coming back on best thing to do is send it back and when it comes back on you can always re order but you wont theyve finished first it was mon/tues then begin of the week and now its 50/50 and when that deadline comes and goes it will be more bulcr#p
