Now, now boonie, I'm only trying to get the picture here, if you follow me.
There should not be any problems in getting said planning permision from the Council then.
So the dish that's more than one meter in diameter?
Do you know someone who can install it?
You can buy a special compass tool that tunes in the dish, or are you going to leave it to someone who does said task for a living?

that's handy boonie, that your bro works with sly.
So no problem then, in getting said dish up and running.
what about a stb, your bro should be able to sort you out with that task. Obviously your bro will do it as a favour for yourself. & You will be able to get all the FTA
sly channels without there knowledge. But what ever you do, don't let sly know, or they will be wanting to tied you up on a viewing contract.

the fta channels are there for all to access without restriction from sky or any other sat provider so no laws being broken BJTT no sky box needed freesat box will do but i suspect he will be going for a dreambox and private cardshare server access.

used to work for the in 97 instuling cable for kellys comunication then they lost the tender so i went work for a company called cobra then nynex sold out to ntl so i left my bro stayed then they sold out to cable and wireless and they sold it to vm now its not worth doing. vm wanted more work for less money scrapped the price work thats why he left and went work for first digital the only downside to it is you have to pay for your own van/tools/fuel but pays better than vm

True gadgetfiend, the point I was trying to make is if he did not get another stb outwith the standerd sly stb.
& he was wanting a set package. Because if sly don't have him down on there data base. Then they would treat boonie as a new customer, and try to tie him down on a 12 month contract. But that's all bye de bye now.
hypothectically speaking. Here is a useful site boonie, to check out? Let me know what you think?
