Not trying to be controversial here guys but from reading through the forums it seems many people are still buying these boxes. While i understand the difficulties the KV 'team' faces its unfair to allow those who don't fully understand the concept to part with their hard earned cash.
Although sold as a FTA box, lets cut the bullsh*t it aint otherwise people wouldn't be paying up to ?150 quid for one. Ill throw my hat into the 'Guy that knows a guy' ring and tbh the responses i'm getting are mixed. While full of good intentions an absolute minefield to resolve.
One thing is clear though, the boxes aren't working as intended and unless you're buying them cheap on fleabay on the pretense that they will, you should avoid at the moment.

if you can buy one cheap do so cos they will be back up n runnin trust me to much money involved not to come back

i agree with taffy, even tho i have a KV if i saw a cheap one someone ws selling id snap it up, because KV will be back.

Just look when nagra3 kicked in we were able to convert the old box with an iconnector before the KV A780 came out and the old box still works.

Keep the faith and be patient from what i understand they will be back up in the near future ( with the next 2 weeks)

thats what they said about n3 it will cost them too much money but they did it. they flood the market make millions and then stop and move on to the next box
