you must have the wrong net id for your area.

i have a kv 780 and have never bin able to get itv2 either. same as u i can get itv2+1. just a quirk? its all good tho

a780 is fta with a dvb-c tuner and unfortunatley that means you can only use it with cable networks, so you wont get channels that are encrypted by the network provider. which in this case is virgin as they are the uk's main cable provider, so your arguments with them not your stb supplier.
