not quite you will need to sub to a server, but you wont find much information in the cable forum for sat. check the sat side and read throught the psts on box u mentioned.

Sorry to sound pessimistic but SLY with over ?1bn profit expected for this year alone its sickening, but it unfortunately means their not short of a bob or 2 to spend on searching for ways and means of ending it all are they ?

Yup..quite easily, Sly have got that much cash they can do what they want.

Theres already anti CS methods possible in play which means you cant clear picktv witth certain softcams...more channels might follow. Theres no doubt a whole laod more anti CS stuff they could unleash if they wanted to, look up NDS video gaurd and control word encryption...

SLY Italia has carried out anti CS stuff in the past. A while ago...everyone was saying VM will never implement Nagra 3 and Kryptview will never go down. Look how things have changed..

Quite simply nothing is gauranteed, if you want close as possible to trouble free viewing get an offcial sub.
