                joe516,what would you know about the kv team ?and just where are you getting your info from / some of us are now with the right team,so dont just give the info that you think is right just to get the thanks from members,SAY WHERE YOU GOT THE INFO FROM???/??????t a new member BUT ACTUALLY AN OLD OLD MEMBER .

                                        kevinmol all i was asking is to receive them again do we have to reset and scan and if so we,ll all do it wont we insted of just keep turning our boxs on and off every 15mins.

                                                Dont think resets are required, if someones box has just came back on as stated by members then it should come back on for everyone. These are tests being ran and it could be tomorrow by the time its live again. Very positive signs though!!
