Reboot your router, iconnector then box. Wait with the box on S Sports 1 till four lights on icon then it should kick in

sports 1,2&3 only on in leicester area, did not factory reset nor re-boot router just worked itself, other channels will slowly sort itself out so please be patient! I'm sure once server is sorted a KV working HD version will be launched soon
