Reboot your devices starting router, Iconector then box. Wait till you see four lights on the icon and it should kick in on S Sports 1

Unplug the icon leave for one minute and plug back in. Leave you box on SS 1. It should pick up.

Obviously got the old software on. Put the 3/1/11 on and it will be ok.

0000 Password

The 4th line down should be S/W Update

If its not there the box will need flashing
