I have just switched my box back on an all I have is the cable testing channel an when I go into menu I can't get back out to a normal station not evn BBC 1 2 or itv.... Please can someone help .... Many thanks

If its a a780 then turn it off at the back, wait 2 secs turn back on then it should be o.k....if not then go to menu...do fac reset and rescan on your network....make sure its right network for your area....select network not ALL.... worked for me....
