    kryptview update, reset factory settings?

i too am receiving sky sports 1 2 and 3 . i keep reading on here that u need to update or either reset to factory settings and re scan. i haven't done any of this to my a780 . i have tried to update but it won't do it. is that because all channels not on properly yet? if u reset to factory settings does that mean that the a780 will need reflashing again?
any advice is much appreciated and thanks in advance

no you dont need to do anything there was supposed to be a lan update but its not there yet so you dont need to do anything other than reboot your router if not clearing SS other channels will be there soon, and no if you factory reset it wont wipe off flash only wipes of channels and settings

Just let your box come back on as it normally would have. As said the channels will come back in time once the kv guys have ran tests and added them
