help with A780 box

Hi

I have flashed my box and loaded firmware. When I come to set-up the box shows a blue screen and the remote doesn't operate any controls.
Any ideas?

What firmware did you load to it? what date?
Have you tried reflashing an older/newer firmware to it?

you sure your on the right AV channel for it on your TV ?

Have got box working, most of the channels say its scrambled? any ideas as to what this means/

power off at back box modem and router to get an ip addy.

Its only just come back on yesterday, so minimal channels getting Sly sports 123 discovery, so over next few days be back fully and hopefully new firmaware to iron out glitches.
